Questions people ask
Can my teen sell crafts they make?
Sewing and craft orders suit a teen well when a parent agrees to each order and handles the money side with them. A parent should be part of every customer conversation.
Can you make a quilt from my dad's shirts?
Many quilters make memory quilts. Bring the shirts, talk through the layout, and ask how many shirts the size you want will take.
Can you embroider on something I already own?
Often yes, on jackets, towels, hats and bags, depending on the fabric and the sewer's machine. Thick or stretchy items are harder, so ask first.
