Questions people ask
Is it safe to get a ride from a neighbor?
Look at the ratings other neighbors have left, talk with the driver first, and tell someone you trust who's driving you. Then use your own judgement about whether you're comfortable.
What if my flight is late?
Agree ahead of time on how you'll let the driver know, how long they'll wait, and whether waiting time is part of the price.
Can they come back for me too?
Yes, many neighbors offer both the drop-off and the return. Set both times when you arrange the ride.
