Questions people ask
Can tech help happen over video instead of in person?
Yes, many problems can be solved with someone guiding you over a video call. An in-home visit helps when cables or a printer need to be set up.
Should I give the helper my passwords?
Type them yourself while they guide you. If they set up a new account for you, change the password afterward.
Can a teenager help me with my tech?
Many teens are great at it. For help inside your home, a parent should be present, and it is a good idea to meet the family first.
