2026 Annexation Study

Peachtree City is committed to intentional planning to protect our unique quality of life while ensuring a sustainable future. Peachtree City Council began discussing a new Annexation Study in 2023. In January 2026, the Council requested that staff begin recruiting a firm to perform the study. Since then, KB Advisory Group was selected to perform the study. So far, KB has met with key stakeholders and presented an initial draft of the study to the City Council.  The study acts as an update to our long-standing planning guidelines, building directly on the foundation of the 2014 Boundary Study,
