The Avenue Peachtree City is closing out its 2026 First Fridays season with a bang this Saturday — and the free events keep coming through Halloween.

The outdoor lifestyle center announced its full fall lineup on September 30, anchored by three signature events: Unity Fest on October 3, the annual Fall Festival on October 30, and an ongoing Bourbon & Bites promotion at HOBNOB running through November 3.

Fall is one of our favorite times to bring the community together at The Avenue Peachtree City. From live music and local makers to trick-or-treating and seasonal shopping and dining, there are plenty of ways for families and friends to spend time together at the center.— Kelly Lawrence, General Manager, The Avenue Peachtree City

Unity Fest runs Saturday, October 3 from 4 to 10 p.m. in Central Park at The Avenue. The event serves as the grand finale of this year's First Fridays live music series, with performances from Highway 54 Band, Supper, Skyler, Crash Bang Boom, Soulamander, and First Fridays house band The Venus Kings, according to thecitymenus.com.

Dogs are welcome. Shannon Hughes Pet Photography will offer complimentary pet portraits from 5 to 8 p.m. as part of a Barktober component featuring local pet-focused businesses and organizations. The Newnan Coweta Art Association will also set up an Arts & Crafts Market with handmade goods from local artists and makers. Admission is free.

The season's biggest event comes at the end of the month. The Fall Festival on Friday, October 30 — 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. — brings center-wide trick-or-treating, character appearances, balloon artists, a bounce house, and live music from The Mostly 80s Band. The Newnan Coweta Art Association returns with another Arts & Crafts Market.

For those looking for something to do before either event, HOBNOB — located next to Chico's inside The Avenue — is running a rotating eight-week Bourbon & Bites menu through November 3. Current offerings include fried pimento cheese, bourbon-glazed pork belly tacos, a sachertorte sour, and a specialty bourbon flight, according to thecitymenus.com.

The Avenue Peachtree City is an open-air shopping center managed by JLL, located at 239 City Circle, approximately 40 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta, with more than 45 national brands, local retailers, and restaurants. All events are subject to change; updates are available at avenuepeachtreecity.com.

Why it matters — Three free, family- and pet-friendly events give Peachtree City residents a ready-made fall social calendar without leaving town — or spending an admission fee.
