Fitness Stadium

We are group fitness facility. We have 8 classes a day. Each class consists of 45 minute instruction and group training.

All of our workouts are custom designed and changed on a daily basis. We offer unlimited child watch during class times and unlimited workouts for our members.

4:30 Am - 5:25 AM
6:30 Am - 7:25 AM

Saturday:

8:30 AM - 9:15 AM
9:30 AM - 10: 15 AM
