Party rental pricing in Papalocal is set with plans: a party, overnight, by the day, or your own. Plans are the ways you rent things out. Make them under Prices in Online booking. Then give each item a price on each plan. Customers pick the plan when they book.

Good to know
No plans yet? Each item is booked at its own price, once per booking.
Five ways to charge. One price per booking, per hour, per day, per night or per week. Items come back the same day, the next day, or on the date the customer picks.
The small box. On plans charged by the hour, day, night or week, it's the price of each extra one. Leave it blank, and each costs the same.
Raising all prices moves plans too. Change prices on the Inventory tab changes plan prices with the item. Change all your prices at once shows it.

Once you turn the plan on: $30 a month (one person; each added employee is $10 a month), plus 1.25% of payments your customers make through Papalocal, plus Stripe's processing fee. It's billed daily from a prepaid balance. Once your card is saved, it's charged a top-up within the hour, and again each time the balance falls under a month's charges plus 15%. You choose the top-up amount ($25 or more; $100 until you change it). You can cancel the plan online after its first 30 days; cancel any add-ons on it first.
Papalocal's founder, Garret Merkley, has started 7 local service businesses in 16 years. He bought one, sold one and closed some.
Tap Start with: Party + Overnight, then give the bounce house an Overnight price. In the video, it's $175 for a party and $225 overnight.
Can I rent a bounce house by the day, with extra days cheaper?
Yes. Make a plan charged Per day. Its small box is each extra day, so a second day can cost less than the first.
What if an item isn't offered on a plan?
Leave its box empty on that plan.
Which plan is picked first for customers?
The one marked Default plan. Customers still pick the plan they want when they book.
Does this video say what to charge?
No. It shows how to set your prices up, not what to charge. The prices in the video are made up.
