Graduation announcement wording and party invitations

Graduation party invitations, with the RSVP built in

Print a 5 × 7 invitation whose QR code opens your graduate’s party page: RSVP, open-house hours, who’s bringing what, and a camera for everyone’s photos.

Free for one occasion at a time: 3 graduation designs, the party page with RSVP, and up to 100 guest photos. Papalocal doesn’t print or mail cards: print at home or at any print shop.

Or get the Papalocal app for iPhone or Android. Same account on the app and the website.

Announcement or invitation?

An announcement shares the news. An invitation asks people to come. One card can do both: the graduate’s name and year on the front, the party details and an RSVP code on the back. Papalocal’s printed card is the invitation; it says “You’re invited.”

Ordering photo announcements from a print shop? Make the party page here (free for one occasion at a time) and download its QR code. If your print shop lets you add your own image, put the code on the back. Guests scan it to RSVP and see the open-house hours. Need addresses for the envelopes? With the full app, guests type their mailing address on the party page, and you download the list.

Questions

Can Papalocal print and mail my announcements?

No. Papalocal doesn’t print or mail, and doesn’t make an announcement card. It makes the party invitation (print it at home or at any print shop), the party page, and a QR code you can add to announcements you order elsewhere.

Can I put my graduate’s photo on the card?

Not on the 3 free designs. With the full app, Keepsake and The Arch print the cover photo you add to the party page.

Are there graduation designs?

Yes, 8. Free: Honor Roll, Gallery and Confetti Pop. With the full app: Bold Type, Keepsake, The Arch, Golden Hour and Black Tie.

Can I put the class year on it?

Yes. Type “Class of 2027” in your title or your note.

Can I list open-house hours?

Yes. Give the party a start and end time; it prints on the card. Use the schedule for more: up to 12 rows, over several days if you need.

Can guests bring someone?

Yes. Each RSVP says how many adults and kids are coming. Asking for their names is a full-app question.

Can guests leave messages for the graduate?

Yes, on the party page’s guest wall (free). Voice messages come with the full app.

Do guests need the app?

No. They RSVP and add photos from their phone’s browser.
